Ingredients
- 6 pieces of chicken karaage Delices & Snacks
- 2 carrots
- 300g peas
- 2 courgettes
- 80cl soy sauce
- 12 red radishes
- 200g snow peas
- Honey
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
- Fry the Chicken Karaage Délices & Snacks at 180°C for 4–5 minutes.
- Peel and chop the vegetables: courgettes, radishes, carrots.
- Cook the peas and snow peas in water.
- Sauté all the vegetables in a frying pan with olive oil, then season.
- Deglaze with the soy sauce and honey, adding a little water to finish cooking
- Arrange the Karaage chicken on top of the vegetables in the wok and drizzle with the sauce.
