Hot dog with crispy fingers

Ingredients

- 4 crispy fingers Délices & Snacks
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 egg yolk
- 20cl oil
- Salt and pepper
- 25g ketchup
- 25g Sriracha
- 10g Worcestershire
- 1 pinch of paprika
- 1 garlic clove
- 1cl lemon juice
- 30cl single cream
- 300g cheddar cheese
- 100g gherkin
- Pickled onions
- 1/4 bunch of chives
- 1 baguette

Preparation

1. Mix the mustard, egg yolk, oil, salt and pepper to make homemade mayonnaise.
2. Add the ketchup, Sriracha sauce, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, garlic and lemon juice.
3. For the cheddar sauce, pour the cream into a saucepan.
4. Add the grated cheddar cheese and mix.

The presentation:
1. Cut the baguette in half and fill it with salad.
2. Separately, drizzle some cheddar sauce over the Crispy Fingers.
3. Place them inside the hot dog.
4. Add the gherkins and pickled onions.
5. Garnish with chopped chives.
