Ingredients
- 4 chicken inner fillet multigrains Délices & Snacks
- 2 bell peppers (red and green)
- 4 tomatoes
- 100g corn
- Grated mozzarella
- 1 greek yogurt
- 1 lemon
- Chopped chives
- 10g mint
- 20g parsley
- 10g basil
- 5g oregano
- 2 garlic gloves
- 4 anchovy fillets
- 15cl oil
- Mustard
- Vinegar
Preparation
The yogurt sauce:
Mix the greek yogurt with the chopped chives and the lemon juice. Season to taste.
The green sauce:
Blend the fresh herbs, garlic, anchovy, oil, the mustard and the vinegar. Then pass the mixture through a sieve to obtain a smooth texture.
The vegetables:
Cut the tomatoes into petals and the peppers into julienne strips.
The chicken inner fillet multigrains:
Cook the chicken inner fillet multigrains in the deep fryer for 4 minutes 30 seconds at 180°C.
The presentation:
Add a dash of green sauce, then fill the wraps with the chicken inner fillet, chopped vegetables, corn, yogurt sauce and a little grated mozzarella.
