Savory croissants with slices

Ingredients

- 400g roasted chicken fillet slices Delices & Snacks
- 6 pure butter croissants
- 1/2 cucumber
- 6 radishes
- 80g of Mimolette cheese
- 1 Batavia lettuce or regular lettuce
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon of mild mustard
- Pepper

Preparation

1. Wash and thinly slice the cucumber and radishes. Cut the Mimolette cheese into thin slices.

2. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the mild mustard. Season with pepper.

3. Cut the croissants in half, lengthwise. Spread some sauce on the bottom half.

4. Heat the Roasted chicken fillet slices Delices & Snacks in a microwave for 2 minutes.

5. Arrange a few washed salad leaves on the croissants, then, add the Roasted chicken fillet slices Delices & Snacks. Add the cucumber and radish slices. Finish with the Mimolette cheese. Gently close the croissants: they’re ready!

Tip : Heat the filled croissants for 2 to 3 minutes at 220°F before serving: the Mimolette cheese will slightly melt, and the chicken will be perfectly tender.
