Spicy Bao Buns

Ingredients

- 8 Chunks of breast fillet Delices & Snacks
- 4 bao buns
- 150g shredded red cabbage
- 2 sucrine lettuces
- 20g of crispy onions
- 2 pinches of sesame seeds
- 9 tablespoons of sriracha sauce
- 9 tablespoons of Kewpie Japanese mayonnaise
- Sesame oil
- Whole roasted peanuts
- Cilantro
- Salt

Preparation

1. Thinly slice the red cabbage. Season it with sesame oil, a pinch of salt, and a dash of pepper. Mix well. Slice the washed sucrine lettuce.

2. Fry the Chunks of breast fillet Delices & Snacks in a deep fryer at 180°C for 4 to 5 minutes. Keep it warm.

3. Steam the bao buns for a few minutes until they are soft. Set aside.

4. For the sriracha mayo, mix altogether the Japanese mayonnaise, the sriracha sauce and 3 teaspoons of sesame oil. Set aside.

5. Open each bao bun. Add a small portion of red cabbage and shredded sucrine lettuce. Put 2 Chunks of breast fillet Delices & Snacks for each bun and generously coat them with homemade sriracha mayo sauce. Sprinkle with crispy onions and sesame seeds. Add whole roasted peanuts for extra crunch.

Tip :  If you don’t have Kewpie mayonnaise, replace it with regular mayonnaise.
