Ingredients
Mini pizza:
- 4 smoked slices turkey bacon Be Snacking
- 2 slices of farmhouse bread
- 2 tomatoes
- 30g cantal cheese
- 5 chopped basil leaves
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
Savoury cannelés:
- 100g smoked sliced turkey bacon Be Snacking
- 120g of flour
- 50g grated gruyère cheese
- 200ml single cream
- 20cl milk
- 20g of soft butter
- 3 eggs
- Salt and pepper
Cream crisps:
- For the crisps: 8 smoked slices turkey bacon Be Snacking
- For the cream: 200ml single cream
Italian-style focaccia:
- 250g of flour (type 00)
- 5g fresh baker's yeast
- 125ml water
- 1 tsp of sugar
- 1 pinch of fleur de sel
- 1 dash of olive oil
- 1 branch of rosemary
Preparation
Mini pizza:
Thinly slice the tomatoes and cook them over medium heat until you get a thick sauce. Toast the bread, then add the tomato sauce, Cantal cheese, thin turkey slices and a few leaves of fresh basil. Drizzle with olive oil.
Savoury canelés:
Finely chop the thin slices of turkey. Mix all the ingredients together, pour into canelé molds and bake until the tops are nicely golden.
Cream crisps:
For the crisps: Fry the thin slices of turkey in a pan until crispy, then cut them up.
For the cream: Grill the thin slices of turkey, then blend them with the hot cream until you obtain a smooth sauce. Garnish the crisps by assembling them with the cream inside.
Italian-style focaccia:
Make a soft dough, let it rise, then roll it out. Sprinkle with rosemary, fleur de sel and olive oil before baking. Once out of the oven, add a touch of cream on top.
