Ingredients
- 6 cornflakes breaded chicken inner filet Delices & Snacks
- 150g cooked rice (Basmati or Thai)
- 4 tablespoons of sriracha mayo
- 1 teaspoon of Espelette pepper
- Crispy onions
- Fresh chives
Preparation
1. Rinse the rice in clear water, then cook it according to the package instructions. Drain the rice, cover it and let it steam for a few minutes. Set aside.
2. For the sauce, mix the Espelette pepper with the sriracha mayo. Alternative sauce : add 1 teaspoon of sweet soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of fresh cream, and 2 tablespoons of sweet and sour sauce for a creamier sauce.
3. Place the cornflakes breaded chicken inner filet Delices & Snacks in the deep fryer at 180°C for 4 to 5 minutes.
4. Place a portion of rice in a bowl or tub, then add the cornflakes breaded chicken inner filet Delices & Snacks, cut into pieces. Generously drizzle with the sriracha mayo sauce. Finish the recipe with a touch topping such as chopped chives and crispy onions.
Tip : Don’t be afraid to be generous with the sauce to prevent the rice from drying out!
