Tex-Mex chicken sandwich & raw vegetables

Ingredients

- 400g Tex-Mex marinated chicken strips Délices & Snacks
- 2 traditional baguettes
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 carrot
- 175g of Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- Coriander
- Dill
- Sesame seeds
- 2 garlic cloves
- Pepper
- Red berries

Preparation

1. Wash the carrots, cucumbers and cilantro. Cut one and a half cucumbers into thin slices and dice the remaining half. Use a mandoline to grate the carrots into thin pieces. Set aside in the refrigerator.

2. For the tzatziki, mix the Greek yogurt with diced cucumber, 1 teaspoon of olive oil, lemon juice, dill, finely chopped garlic, and red berries. Set aside in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

3. Fry the Tex-Mex marinated chicken strips Délices & Snacks for 6 minutes in a pan until golden brown.

4. Cut the baguettes in half lengthwise. Spread the tzatziki on the bottom half. Add the raw vegetables, then the Tex-Mex marinated chicken strips Délices & Snacks and a spoonful of sauce and a few coriander leaves. The last touch, sprinkle with a pinch of sesame seeds, season with pepper, and close the baguette!

Tip :  For the perfect hot-cold contrast, serve the mince warm and the raw vegetables chilled.
